Before scheduling a follow-up appointment, please review the following instructions:
- Please schedule the appointment under your child’s name.
- If your child has not been seen in over two years, please submit a new patient application. Our office manager will contact you with next steps before scheduling.
- You may scan your child’s lab results and upload them via our Submit Forms page or mail them to the clinic.
- For telemedical appointments our physicians use Doxy. Please join the virtual waiting room a few minutes early to test your microphone and camera (and troubleshoot if needed).
- Your physician will initiate the tele-visit at the scheduled time.
